Free eCookbook : Smart School Time Recipes

I know many of you out there are heading back to school, have kids going back to school and/or you just need some new ideas for healthy whole foods to prepare. I was so excited when Alisa at Go Dairy Free/One Frugal Foodie asked me how I felt about participating in a Free eCookbook that focuses on "healthy and delicious whole foods". Since this is how I feed my family, I thought it was a great idea! Also, all of the recipes are adaptable to suite your lifestyle (vegan, dairy free, gluten free, egg free).

My split pea soup is in there...

along with the mini corn dog muffins.

All you have to do is download it from here. Did I mention it is free? I can't wait to make all these goodies!
