We Will Talk Later...

Peanut Butter Muffins


with a gooey brown sugar center...


Blueberry Muffins...



with a cakey center...


Crepes with fresh figs and honey...


Crepes with warm cinnamon apples, peanut butter glaze and diced fresh apples...


And yes, I have eaten my veggies too...tomato carrot salad with hemp seeds.


If you live close to Trader Joe's, go get peanut flour now. I am in love with this stuff! I am heading out to get some fresh air now, but I will definitely be sharing recipes soon!

    Mmmm peanut butter muffins! I am on a vegan baking kick. I just made vegan chocolate chip muffins and vegan cranberry oatmeal cookies. Both were successes! I am attempting whole wheat peanut butter and jelly muffins next!

    well this post is just a big tease, isn't it?! seriously - i am practically twitching over here. especially at those peanut butter muffins.
