Snow Day!


When I got up this morning to work out, it looked like this!


The snow was everywhere in Atlanta last night except our area...until 10:30pm. Within 30 minutes, we had over an inch of snow!


So, I am thinking with school closed today, there will be lots of hot cocoa, some walks in the snow and I am thinking some lentil stew in the crockpot!

    We look like that too. I guess its a good thing baby B decided to hold out since we would need my parents to drive an hour to come watch M.

    Ahhhh, I love snow days :)

    We have tons of snow, and since we're so used to it, it rarely gives us a snow day (we just have to go out in it anyway!).

    Lentil soup sounds SO GOOD----I'm trying to decide what crockpot recipe I want to do next, and something with lentils is really high on the list.

    It hardly ever snows here, but when it does the whole city shuts down because no one knows how to drive in it! :)

    We're supposed to get 12 inches on Wednesday. We just had 18 two weeks ago. I HATE WINTER!

    oh I love snow days!!! Here in Vancouver we have a few flakes falling....I love sipping tea while watching the snow fall outside.

    I only wish that snow felt as pretty as it looks. Here in Michigan, we have plenty of it so I guess it's different to see how other people appreciate it so much. It really does add a sense of coziness to the season.

    was at tjs today and they were sampling lentil soup (one of their canned versions) and it was good! your version would be better :)
