Behind...

I feel endlessly behind right now. I just looked at my photos and realized I have so many recipes I want to share, but I have to do a few more things around here before I get to them. Along with everything else, I'm trying to write a bio for BlogHer Food since I will be speaking there this year! I'm really excited about it because I'll be talking about my favorite subject...recipe development and adaptation for special dietary needs! So, I am off to focus and hopefully be done with a few of the other writing obligations I have so I can start the week with a clean slate! I'll share this gluten free/dairy free/egg free banana muffin recipe tomorrow.
