Ah, it's Friday. I am so ready for this weekend. I am definitely going to enjoy the outdoors. Since we did so much on the inside this past week, and since the weather is supposed to be so nice, I think yard work is in order. Maybe even just some hanging out on the patio time with my boys. Yep, sounds like a perfect weekend!
So, guess what I did? You know peanut butter and apples are super tasty together? You knew that, right?

Shortcake Crumbs)
Well, when you make the
seven minute icing ('cause your going to, right?), all you have to do is mix some peanut butter with some
seven minute icing (about 1/3 cup icing to 1 TBSP peanut butter - keep it swirled) and you have an incredibly smooth, creamy and oh so good peanut buttery mousse topping.
Oh and peanut butter and bananas are best friends too!

These were some tasty ways to use the last of the icing...now I need an excuse to make more!
I hope you all have an incredible weekend and get to enjoy some rest and relaxation.
