Strawberry and Blueberry Chia Jam

1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup water
1 TBSP chia seeds

Combine the berries and water in a sauce pan. Heat and stir until the berries are softened. Take off the heat and add the chia seeds. Stir well to combine. Allow to cool and serve up.

I eat out of jars a lot these days. They are perfect for taking eats on the go. This one was a definite winner. I am so addicted to chia jam.

Today is going to be a crazy one, so I had to get some good fuel in! My workout is done, eats are made and now it's time to get to some recipe development! Best part of my job!

Have a great Monday!

  5. Oh I still need to try the chia jam. Looks so good. I've been really getting on board with the chia seeds and looking for different ways to use them other than just in my oatmeal.

  6. Why is it that everything tastes better when eaten out of a jar?! Maybe it's just the cuteness factor :-)

  9. Wait so does the almond milk on top make it kind of cereal-like? This looks so delicious! Wonder if it'd work with almond flour...
